its getting to the pointy end of the residency. so hopefully i will have more completed projects to blog about.
i got these enamelled glass tiles out of the kiln today. i really like the different styles and results. i want to keep exploring this when i get back home.
i use the image of the trash bin or pineapple when i don't want to worry about the image but just get on with the technique. i really like some of them though. that is always the way, the freshness and ease of imagery when you aren't trying too hard is hard to recreate when you try.
these are my favorite things i have made as of today. i really like the hand cut stencil, the enamel colouring and i want to definitely use this technique in my new work, for product and exhibition.
