well here is my second harvest of potatoes. there are two types here but which is which, i forget. and it seems like i have harvested roughly double of what i had planted. because of the recent heat wave the potato plants died off earlier than i thought they would have, but i was happily surprised when i went digging to find all these new ones waiting under ground.
it was a success and i will definitely plant more potatoes next year. i still have two more different kinds of potatoes to harvest now i just need to recall what ones are best for baking, mashing or boiled.
these are the last of my sweet yummy spring onions, they were so nice to eat and handy to have on hand that i will definitely plant some more of these in the new year as well.
