observations exhibition

last sunday my solo exhibition opened at murray bridge regional gallery. the gallery is about an hour and a half south east of adelaide.  quite a few of my friends made it to the opening and we had a nice afternoon. unfortunately i did not take any photos of the opening with people, only of the work just before everyone arrived.

here is am in front of my piece and the title of my exhibition at the opening.
below are the images of the artworks in the exhibition.

atmos-sphere

crates

chain-link

a collection of images reverse sandblasted and then spray painted into mirrors

bicycle

oglyadiv, ukraine

little sky

hazard

callistemon

this one is hard to photograph as it requires the light to be in just the right spot to see the glossy part of the glass against the matt part.

the above collection of 5 panels each has an image of australian flora on them, but you need to be standing int he right position for the light to reflect the image.

i will blog the images from the photographer next, you will get a better idea of some of the works.

Aww man. I always wish we lived closer but especially when I see your stuff. I need more art in my life. More Christine and more art. Count down to May is ON!
