new glass badges

tonight there is an opening for the group show i am in. i hope it stops raining before then as it is part of a street party celebration. these are some professional images i had taken last week, of the new badges i have made for this exhibition.

the badges are made from glass, that have a relief image etched onto them. the images are of things from the city around me. some are from photos and others are drawings. this range is called metro.

this other new range of badges i am showing are very different. they have a glassy finish and a graphic line quality to them. they have hard straight edges that contrast and compliment the soft squiggly white lines.

i really enjoy these badges, and i hope that they are well received. both collections of badges get attached to your clothing with a magnetic backing.

the best name i could come up with for these is the squiggle badges, but i think there is room for improvement on the name, any suggestions?
