my studio's annual SALA exhibition opened this week at the Wheatie, our favorite local pub. the opening was fun, lots of people showed up to check out the artwork and enjoy a drink or two.
the theme of the exhibition was pegboard. we were each given a rectangle of pegboard to use to make whatever we wanted.
this is my pineapple pegboard cross stitch. it turned out really well, better than i thought it would when i started. i really enjoyed making it too.
the back is almost as beautiful as the front.
