raspberry tart


 this weekend i made a raspberry tart for my australian mom who was visiting.  it is my favorite too, not too sweet.


 i made the pastry the night before and set it in the tin in the fridge over night and then baked it in the morning.


 the filling is very very easy, it is juts mascarpone cheese, and then you top it with raspberries and then drizzle a raspberry sauce over it.


we enjoyed it with some good company and a cup of tea!

i recently found out my dad does not like raspberries, so he would have been disappointed, but i love them, and really enjoyed this treat.

I would take raspberry, strawberry....anything really! Looks yummy!
