today i spent the day in my studio. one of the things i achieved was cold working the edges of my badges from an 80 grit finish to a 400 grit finished.
i got 100 of the 210 badges done. the ones on the left of the image are the finished rounded out ones and on the right side of the image are badges that i will be complete on thursday.
i will still need to cork belt the edges and then sandblast the stencil image onto them but i am getting there.

so that's what you were doing when I was talking to you!! It was great to chat with you, one day i will get a video camera....
