daria's muffins

when i was at home earlier this year i had a visit with my aunt daria and she served us the most yummy muffins. she called them "John's Favorite Banana Bran Chocolate Chip Muffins".



i liked them so much i ate two on that visit.

and then when i got back home emailed her and asked for the recipe.

i have been waiting for the weather here to get a bit cool so i could do some baking. and this weekend the forecast has been for rain and it has gotten much cooler.

not bad for my first batch - almost as good as daria's
